It feels really good to have made it this far. I may be the only one keeping myself accountable, but there’s something to this public forum and putting yourself out there. I really want to get better and this is helping.
The first week was really rough and tbh I thought about gambling a lot. The nagging thoughts are becoming less and less, and it’s been helpful focusing on working out instead of freetime where my mind can wander.
